The Rebirth of
My Creative Self
For years, I created what was expected of me...what was comfortable, explainable, and approved by others.
It left me frustrated, waiting for “one day,” quietly shrinking my own dreams.
People-pleasing, control, anxiety about running out of time, comparison to my friends, and hiding who I truly felt called to be just to feel accepted by my dad.
I was living a double life... the one the world could see and the one my soul secretly longed to live.
On the outside, I looked fine. Inside, I was confused, scared, and craving freedom. I yearned to express myself without judgment to finally show myself love, compassion, and start following my North Star
(my soul's calling).
By my 26th birthday, I made a sacred promise to myself:

I would let myself release the outdated identities.
I would honor that for new life to grow, the old stagnant versions of me trapped in fear, pain, and confusion had to die.
So I let it all fall.
In that collapse I realized how disconnected I’d become within myself.
My masculine energy, the part of me that takes action and protects, didn’t know how to hold my feminine energy, the part of me that feels, creates, and flows.
I had to learn how to let them dance together, how to let my structure serve my sensitivity, and my softness guide my strength.
Through time, devotion, and experimentation with creativity, energy, and emotion, I began to merge my mind with my heart, my action with flow, my doing with being.
I became my own greatest case study.
