​On another timeline, not that long ago, I was the people pleaser… the girl who followed what her parents told her to do and who society expected her to be.

 

Then one day that version of me collapsed.

 

During the pandemic, I vividly remember sitting with the question… who am I? I had just finished college and was finally able to see the adult version of myself I had been molded into becoming. I realized some of the traits, patterns, and beliefs I carried weren’t even mine. And of course… what I went to school for wasn’t actually something I wanted to pursue either.

 

In 2020 I got a little taste of holistic healing and fell in love. That’s when the journey back to rediscovering my essence started taking off. There was healing, spiraling, crying, creating, shadow work, and a lottt of “what the hell is happening” moments lol… but through all of it I eventually realized that in the midst of my healing journey… I was finding my way back home.

 

I also realized that this healing journey wasn’t just for me, but for all the souls before me in my family who experienced suppression, pain, and the suffering of having to live in a truth that wasn’t theirs.

 

Because of this awakening — and this amazing opportunity in this lifetime to use my voice — I started creating a life that actually felt like mine. A life where I could reconnect with my inner child and explore what genuinely brought me fun, pleasure, creativity, freedom, and happiness.

 

And somehow… that timeline journey became this space. A space where I can help soul babes just like you heal and rediscover your essence.

 

If there’s anything you should know, it’s that nobody else can embody your magic, your voice, your perspective, or your essence the way you can. And they definitely can’t rock your spirit the way you do.

 

So as you explore this space or choose to work with me, I hope it sparks something within you. I hope it reminds you that you are just as powerful, creative, worthy, and iconic as the women you admire most — whether that’s Beyoncé, Frida Kahlo, Lauryn Hill, Joan of Arc, or someone else entirely.
