Is distance healing as effective as in-person?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The online healing sessions are just as powerful as the ones in-person. Energy is so amazing and brilliant! Through intention and visualization I can channel and connect to your energy no matter the distance. Each individual and our entire universe is created by the same energy, so connecting and healing from afar makes no difference from being in-person. The results you will receive from this session will equally make an impact regardless of where you are in the world.

I've never experienced meditation or any type of practice related to holistic healing, is that something I must experience first before joining?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! Beginner or advanced, every human is welcome to book a session. You are here to expand and learn about you, with the energy you currently feel. With just one or multiple sessions you will be given the opportunity to experience bliss and the therapeutic relaxation of healing with Reiki & Tuning Forks. Depending on how much energy that is imbalanced or blocked your body, booking at least 3 sessions is recommended to feel a difference.

*Please keep in mind this Restorative Energy Session works on the energy around your body also known as the Auric Field. You may or may not feel wide effects on the physical body right away. It varies from client to client.

What do Tuning Forks do?

Tuning Forks are metal forks that are used to help scan the imbalances of the auric field. The energy in our body vibrates at a frequency and at times becomes unbalanced do trauma, emotional wounds, physical injuries, etc. There are different tuning forks that vibrate at different frequencies to help your body heal itself and restore that vibrational imbalance into wholeness.

Example: When you listen to an untuned instrument vs. a tuned instrument, you sense the difference right away but if you sit with the untuned instrument for a while you begin to think its not too bad after all.

Similarly, this is your body working with the imbalance build up overtime, but subconsciously still feeling uneasy. Tuning forks helps the intelligence of your body remember its original vibration and restores this imbalance.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese holistic practice focused on intentionally healing and restoring the body using gentle hand movements to guide the stagnant or blocked energy. The practitioner can intuitively feel where there is imbalanced energy in a clients body and will help send this energy back into balance. Our hands have the ultimate power to heal and restore not only ourselves but the collective.

A majority of the time it is our undigested emotions that are creating the energy imbalance. When we are unaware of how to express our emotions in a healthy way we can cause dis-ease and illness in the body. Reiki is a practice that has the ability to help those undigested emotions integrate properly through the chakra centers and bring equilibrium to the mind, body & soul.

What do crystals do?

Crystals have the power of healing and aligning the body. Their intelligence comes from Mother Earth and can help the energy that surrounds our environment and our body to resume back to wholeness. Each crystal is designed and created with a certain intention and energy just like other physical things. They each hold different energies and work in different ways. The beautiful thing about crystals is that their powers are pure, they don't change like a mood ring, they stay true to who they truly are and when using them emotionally, mentally, physically or spiritually, they show up emanating their light to help you feel a sense of healing and alignment.
